1/4 Share Beef

What’s inside: 

• Valued at over $1600.
• Approximate cut and wrapped weight 80-85lbs (will vary).
• Will make approximately 50 meals for a family of 4 (about 25 weeks at 2x per week, varies by portion size of course).
• This is a high end 1/4 share. It is not filled with bones and roast.
• For steaks you get approximately 4 Boneless Ribeyes, 4 NY Strips, 3-5 Filet Mignon, T-Bone, Delmonico, 4-6 Flat Iron, 2 Denver Steaks, 1 Flank, 1-2 Skirts, 2 Picanha, 2-3 Baseball Steaks, 1 london broil, 1 ranch steak.
• You will also get Brisket, Eye Round, Short Ribs, and Stew Meat, Osso Buco and more
• You will get about 40 lbs of our highly regarded, dry aged ground beef in 1lb packages.
• Bones and organs available upon request.

Note: Our premium steaks (ribeye and NY strips) are cut to 1.5”, our Filet Mignon are cut to 2” thickness for a steakhouse-like experience. Other steaks are cut to 1” thickness.

Please note: All of our beef is hand-cut, and every bundle is hand-assembled, so individual cut weights may vary slightly. While bundle weights are approximate, we always ensure that each bundle contains the advertised value of Weather Rock beef.

To maintain that value, we may occasionally add additional products or substitute a similar cut. If a substitution is necessary, a member of our team will reach out to you directly prior to making any changes to your order.
