From Pasture to your plate: A quarter share of Ranch goodness.
- Approximate Cut and wrapped weight 80-90lb (will vary)
- Includes a 5 cu. ft. freezer with your order — or we’ll take $150 off if you don’t need it.
- Will make approximately 60 meals for a family of 4 (about 30 weeks at 2x a weeks)
Note: Our premium steaks (ribeye and NY strips) are cut to 1.5”, our Filet Mignon are cut to 2” thickness for a steakhouse-like experience. Other steaks are cut to 1” thickness.
For steaks you will get approximately 4 Ribeye, 4-5 NY Strips, 3-5 Fillet Mignon, , 4-6 Flat Iron and Denver Steaks, 1-2 Flank Skirt or Picanha, 3 baseball steaks. For roasts you will get Brisket, Round Roast, Dino Ribs and Stew Meat. You will get about 40-50 lbs of Ground beef in 1 lb packages. Bones and organs available upon request.
