What's Inside:

No hormones. No "pink slime" (you don't want to know). Dry-aged. You know what you're getting here.

All of our beef is hand-cut, and every bundle is hand-assembled, so individual cut weights may vary slightly. While bundle weights are approximate, we always ensure that each bundle contains the advertised value of Weather Rock beef.

To maintain that value, we may occasionally add additional products or substitute a similar cut. If a substitution is necessary, a member of our team will reach out to you directly prior to making any changes to your order.
