For a real steakhouse experience, Filets are cut to 2” thick and Ribeyes are 1.5” thick. Rich marbling, tender bites, and serious grill marks – this is the box you grab when you want steakhouse quality without leaving the house.

Please note: All of our beef is hand-cut, and every bundle is hand-assembled, so individual cut weights may vary slightly. While bundle weights are approximate, we always ensure that each bundle contains the advertised value of Weather Rock beef.
