Rich, lean, and deeply beefy. Beef heart is one of the most underrated cuts on the ranch. Naturally lean with a firm texture and rich flavor, it’s incredibly versatile when prepared properly.

Slice it thin for grilling or searing, marinate it for added flavor, or incorporate it into your favorite recipes for a nutrient-dense way to enjoy the whole animal. Each is about 1.5 to 1.75 LBs
